MS Dhoni biopic with Sushant Singh Rajput – The Untold Story. It is the day of the country on April 2, 2011. The Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai will be remembered in the Indian history Along with the historic win by the Indian cricket team at the ICC World Cup 2011, what India will never forget is the last shot from the limited overs captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni when India is 4-runs away from the target, Mahendra Singh Dhoni. Hitting a six will be remembered forever.

Neeraj Pandey’s MS Dhoni The Untold Story is the ‘untold story’ of Dhoni, the Ranchi boy who made it big. The biopic sees Sushant Singh Rajput stepping into the shoes of Captain Cool, tracing his journey from the son of pump operator Pan Singh Dhoni to Wankhede. The untold story ends in 2011, with India lifting the World Cup, Winning of MS Dhoni’s captaincy being discussed all over the country.

It’s a movie which says the true story of Dhoni. He has been discovered as a good goalkeeper by his sports teacher in school KC Banerjee and asked to wicket-keep for his school to his life after making it to the India team. The Film flashes the goodness of the captain. Such a flash on the man makes to vanish all the small flaws. Dhoni does everything good in life and his ability to keep calm in the face of extreme stress. The greatness of this man plays in front for all the three hours and sure it works wonders in the film. The supporting cast are Anupam Kher, Bhumika Chawla, Kumud Mishra, Rajesh Sharma all cast did well in their roles, and do justice to their parts.

Disha Patani shines in her Bollywood debut. Priyanka as his girlfriend. The plot of the story does not address any gray areas of his life. MS Dhoni as a subject, the audience are overwhelmed to see the victory of this man on screen.


A must watch movie for all cricket fans and die hard MSD fans.
